Cancellations
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.67 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Important Information
DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
In April, May, June and September, the reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Friday and from 08:00 to 22:00 at Saturdays.
In July and August, the reception is open from 09:00 to 20:00 Monday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 22:00 at Fridays, from 07:00 to 24:00 at Saturdays and from 09:00 to 20:00 at Sundays.
Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

In addition to the listed amenities all the apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 4 hotplates, an oven and an electric coffee-maker. A phone is available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony or a loggia. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Directions
BY ROAD
• A10 motorway to Bordeaux. When you leave the motorway follow the signs for "Mérignac aéroport", take exit 8: Lacanau-Le Verdon, or A62 motorway, exit 8: Le Haillan-Lacanau (coming from Toulouse). From Bordeaux (55 km), direction Lacanau-ville then Lacanau Océan. Cross the "Huga" hamlet, following the signs for Lacanau-ville then Lacanau Océan. At the Casino roundabout, make the first left and drive 500 m. The entrance to the resort (Le Domaine Du Golf) is on your left.
